Swap the laptop mid-talk. Same talk, same slide.
Free to start
5 events, about 30 speakers each, no watermark.
Three screens, one show. Speakers upload from their phones, you run the order, and the room sees one clean deck.

Upload
Speakers scan, type a name, and upload.
The code is on the big screen and on your control screen. No app. A walk-up event
needs no account, and they can watch their place in line from the same page.
PDF, PowerPoint, Word, OpenDocument, images and video all work.

You run the order from one screen.
Nobody carries a laptop across the stage. Start a talk, move through slides with a
clicker or the keyboard, black out the screen, and keep an eye on the timer.
Your phone works as the control screen too.
Our outage, minute by minuteMaya Okafor
The big screen just follows.
It shows one clean deck and the speaker's name. The show lives on the server, so
any browser that opens the host link is on the right slide straight away.
Anyone can follow along on a read-only board.
The things that go wrong at 8:55.
The presentation laptop dies.
Open the host link on any other computer. Same talk, same slide.
Someone arrives with a Keynote file.
The upload page tells them how to export it to PDF.
The clicker fires twice on the last slide.
Next stays put. A talk only ends when you end it.
The Wi-Fi blinks.
Every screen reconnects on its own and catches up.
The running order changes.
There's only one queue, so every screen shows the change at once.
Speakers never pay.
Free and Plus run the show. Pro plans it too. Pay monthly, or yearly for about half the price. Renews until you cancel.

Questions.
Do speakers need an account or an app?
No app, ever, and speakers never pay. At a walk-up event they scan the code, enter a
name and upload. To book a time at a planned event, they make a free account, which
gives them a schedule and calendar with the organizer's details.
Who can see the decks?
Decks are private to the event. They're never scanned, sold or shared, and there
are no analytics or third-party trackers on the site.
How do subscriptions work?
Plus and Pro renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. A paid event needs an active
subscription to start, even if it's scheduled and every deck is in. A show already
running is never cut off. If a subscription ends, you have 30 days to subscribe again
before your events follow the Free limits and older ones are deleted.
What happens to decks afterwards?
They're deleted when the event's time runs out: 30 days on Free, 90 days on Plus,
up to a year on Pro. Deleting an event removes its decks immediately.
Will my animations survive?
PowerPoint files are converted to PDF, so animations and some unusual fonts don't
carry over. If it matters, upload a PDF you've checked.
Does it need internet in the room?
Yes. The computer running the big screen and your control screen both need a connection.
